Claim your church page
An Unclaimed badge means Churchday created the page using publicly available information and a church representative has not yet taken over management. If you represent the church or ministry, you can request access.
Before you begin
- Open your church's public Churchday page and look for Unclaimed under its name.
- You do not need a Churchday account to submit a request.
- Have your name, email, and role at the church ready.
Step-by-step
- Click Unclaimed. The Is this your church? window explains how claiming works.
- Click Claim this page. Enter your name, email, and role. Your church or ministry name is already filled in. You can also add its website.
- Click Continue. After your request is saved, you see Request received.
- Click Schedule a call. The Churchday booking page opens in a new tab. Choose a time for a 30-minute call.
- Meet with Churchday. We verify your connection to the church before giving you access. Once you accept your admin invitation, you can manage the page and its Unclaimed badge disappears.
Good to know
- Submitting a request or booking a call does not immediately give you access.
- If your request cannot be saved, your details remain in the form so you can try again.
- To correct information or request removal without claiming the page, click Request a correction or removal in the first window.
- If the badge is missing, contact Churchday through the contact page for help with access.
